Pia is popularly known as Miss Universe 2015, bringing pride to the country as she became the first Filipina to win the crown after four decades.

She began her career in the entertainment industry, appearing in the teen-oriented series K2BU, Your Song, Bora, and Sa Piling Mo. She was also in films such as Kung Ako Na Lang Sana, All My Life, and All About Love. After taking a break from showbusiness, Pia focused on pageantry and joined Binibining Pilipinas.

Soon after winning the coveted Miss Universe crown in 2015, Pia returned to her first love, acting. She starred in the film My Perfect You alongside Gerald Anderson and co-starred in Gandarrapido: The Revenger Squad. Pia was also invited to judge the fifth cycle of Asia’s Next Top Model.

Currently, Pia is passionate about her advocacies and continues to be an effective brand endorser and sought after host and motivational speaker. Pia enjoys sharing her life through her social media channels and is loved by many.
