Rex is a professional Filipino volleyball player. His athletic career during his college years made him very popular in the Philippines, playing for the Ateneo Blue Spikers. He led his team to become three-time UAAP champions. He then joined the Cignal HD Spikers and played with them for 2 years.

As member of the National Men’s Volleyball Team, he represented the country in the 2019 Southeast Asian Games and won a silver medal.

Rex has also collaborated with brands such as Cole Haan, Globe, Nestea, Axe, Lazada, Toblerone, etc.
